Job Title: Quality Assurance Manager

Role Overview
Shree Salasar Print & Pack is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Manager to lead and strengthen the organization’s Quality Management System (QMS). The role focuses on ensuring compliance with ISO 9001:2015, GMP, GDP, and internal SOPs, while driving continuous improvement across all processes.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring quality assurance systems, managing audits, handling deviations and CAPA, and ensuring consistent product quality aligned with customer and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS)
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015, GMP, GDP, and SOPs
Lead internal and external audits, including customer and regulatory audits
Review and approve SOPs, specifications, BMR/BPR (if applicable), and quality documents
Handle deviations, change controls, CAPA, and risk assessments
Monitor process validation, calibration, and qualification activities
Ensure proper document control and data integrity practices
Analyze quality trends and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Collaborate with production, maintenance, and supply chain teams
Train employees on quality standards and regulatory compliance
Qualifications & Skills
Strong experience in Quality Assurance (QA) in manufacturing/packaging industry
In-depth knowledge of ISO 9001, GMP, GDP, and regulatory compliance
Hands-on experience with audits, CAPA, deviation handling, and documentation systems
Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
High level of attention to detail and audit readiness mindset
Experience in pharmaceutical packaging/secondary packaging preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or Quality Management
Preferred Experience
5–10 years of experience in QA, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role
Exposure to pharma or healthcare packaging clients
Familiarity with quality tools (Root Cause Analysis, Fishbone, 5 Why, etc.)
Key Focus Areas (KRA/KPI)
Audit compliance score
Reduction in deviations and customer complaints
CAPA closure effectiveness and timelines
SOP compliance and training effectiveness
Rejection and rework reduction
