About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Quality Manager to lead and strengthen our Inspection & Certification Division. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with international standards, drive audit excellence, and build strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and maintain FSMS & QMS in line with global standards
- Conduct internal audits, inspections, and certification assessments
- Ensure compliance with ISO/IEC standards, FSSAI, NPOP, Halal, Kosher, etc.
- Prepare and manage audit documentation and certification processes
- Lead audit teams and deliver training programs
- Collaborate with clients to understand requirements and provide solutions
- Stay updated with evolving regulations and industry standards
What We’re Looking For
- Master’s degree in Food, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Agriculture, or related fields
- Certified Lead Auditor (ISO 22000 / HACCP / GMP or equivalent)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in audits/operations (Certification Body preferred)
- Strong understanding of QMS frameworks (ISO/IEC 17020, 17021, 17065, etc.)
