Rational Engineers Ltd. is looking for an experienced Quality Manager to join its Manufacturing Plant at Halol, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will have 7–10 years of experience in a manufacturing setup, with strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
Preference will be given to candidates currently working in copper manufacturing companies.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee quality checks: incoming, in‑process, and final inspection
- Implement and maintain QMS aligned with ISO 9001
- Lead internal/external audits and manage customer complaints
- Drive RCA & CAPA initiatives for defect prevention
- Define and monitor quality KPIs; present monthly reports
- Mentor QA/QC team and conduct training programs
- Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams
- Maintain MIS dashboards and trackers
- Ensure compliance with ISO, safety, and environmental standards
- Support new product trials, validations, and technology upgrades
Qualifications
- BE/B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Production Engineering
- 8–10 years of experience in similar industry/manufacturing setup preferred
