Hiring: Quality Manager – Finance & Accounting (F&A)
Location: Bangalore (On-site)
Shift: 10:30 AM – 8:30 PM IST
Experience: 10–15 Years | Grade: BPO 5
Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
We are hiring an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance across F&A operations, ensuring strong compliance, control frameworks, and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead quality assurance across F&A processes
• Ensure compliance with RACM and internal control frameworks
• Conduct audits, identify gaps, and drive improvement initiatives
• Implement CAPA and monitor process performance
• Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance efficiency and accuracy
• Prepare dashboards and present insights
Requirements:
• Strong experience in RACM and internal controls
• End-to-end F&A exposure (AP, AR, GL, R2R, P2P, O2C)
• Background in Quality, Auditing, or Process Improvement
• Strong analytical and communication skills
