Assistant Manager/ Deputy Manager- Quality Management System (QMS)
About the Role
To Development /Maintain Quality System at Manufacturing Processes.
Job Responsibilities
- Min. 8 - 10 years of work experience with following requirement:
- Evaluation of Team as per the quality policy / requirements.
- To ensure the Quality Control Activities in the organization.
- Managing APQP documentation including PFD, PFMEA, Control Plan, MSA, and PPAP submissions.
- Performed line balancing, time study, and capacity planning.
Qualifications
- Education Qualification: B.E / B.Tech- Mechanical/Electrical/Instrumentation Engineering
- Must have Certified SIX Sigma Black Belt.
Required Skills
- Working Experience in Quality System.
- Knowledge of QMS system.
- Deeply involved in Tools like APQP, FMEA, SPA, SPC, MSA, MINITAB driven analysis.
- Shop floor projects with Lean Six Sigma methodology.
- Basic knowledge of ERP system.
Pay range and compensation package:
INR 9 to 12 lacs/ annum
