We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Lead – Quality Analyst to elevate service excellence across HR Shared Services. This role is accountable for designing and enforcing quality frameworks, driving compliance, reducing operational risk, and influencing global standards across HR operations. The ideal candidate brings deep HR process expertise, exceptional analytical capability, and a transformation-oriented mindset to strengthen accuracy, governance, and customer experience.
This position partners closely with Payroll, Talent, Compensation, HR Operations, and Compliance teams, ensuring zero-defect delivery and readiness for global audits.
Key Responsibilities
Quality Governance & Framework Leadership
- Establish, govern, and continuously refine the quality framework across HRSS functions—Payroll, Timekeeping, Talent, Compensation, HR Operations, and Compliance.
- Define quality KPIs, audit methodologies, control mechanisms, and error-prevention tools aligned to global HR standards and US regulatory expectations.
- Lead periodic internal audits, compliance reviews, and quality deep dives ensuring 100% adherence to SOPs, SLAs, and statutory requirements.
Root Cause Analysis & Risk Mitigation
- Conduct advanced Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for operational defects and high-risk escalations.
- Implement preventive and corrective controls, ensuring sustainable reduction in error rates across teams.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to institutionalize best practices and eliminate repeat issues.
Data Quality, System Integrity & Tool Validation
- Validate data accuracy across HR systems including Workday, ServiceNow, ADP, Kronos, Compass, ensuring system-to-system consistency.
- Collaborate with HRIS/IT for testing, release validation, mass data uploads, and configuration updates.
- Ensure audit readiness for global, statutory, and client-driven reviews.
Advanced Reporting, Analytics & Insights
- Develop and maintain quality dashboards using Excel, Power BI, or Tableau with predictive insights and trends.
- Monitor patterns to proactively identify process failures, operational risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Present insights to HRSS leadership, enabling data-driven decisions and capability enhancement.
Stakeholder, Client & Team Leadership
- Act as the quality SME for internal teams, clients, and audit partners.
- Mentor and coach junior analysts and HRSS team members to strengthen quality discipline and compliance culture.
- Influence global quality strategy by benchmarking against industry standards and contributing to strategic transformation initiatives.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HR Operations or Quality Assurance experience, preferably supporting US geographies.
- Strong working knowledge of HR systems such as Workday, ServiceNow, ADP, Kronos, Compass.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Analytics, or related field.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and audit analytics.
