Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute manual and automated test cases across web and API layers
- Build and maintain scalable automation frameworks (Selenium / Playwright)
- Drive CI/CD integration and shift-left testing practices
- Lead defect management, RCA, and quality metrics reporting
- Mentor QA engineers and act as automation SPOC
- Ensure test coverage, stability, and release quality
✅ Must-Have Skills
- 10+ years overall experience with 6+ years in test automation
- Strong programming: Java / JavaScript / TypeScript
- Hands-on with Selenium / Playwright frameworks
- Strong API testing (REST/GraphQL) experience
- CI/CD integration experience (any tools)
- Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong knowledge of Git/GitHub workflows
⭐ Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience in retail / e-commerce domain
- Performance testing tools (JMeter / Gatling / k6 / Locust)
- Exposure to Kafka, microservices, service mesh architectures
- Familiarity with AI-driven test automation tools
- Experience with Jira, Confluence, Slack, Teams
