HIRING FOR OF THE LEADING MNC:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant professional qualification
- Preferred 5–8 years of relevant experience, with at least 2–3 years in a quality leadership or process excellence role
- Proficiency in MS Office suite & relevant software/applications Proficient in process mapping, documentation, and optimization techniques, including Lean, Six Sigma, and data visualization tools like Tableau Proven expertise in quality tools (e.g., RCA, Pareto analysis, Control Charts, Scorecards)
- Strong understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) & continuous improvement frameworks
