Role Description
- Lead daily quality control activities across battery cell production processes to ensure compliance with product specifications and quality standards.
- Monitor process quality performance, analyze quality data, and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) for identified issues.
- Support implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with internal and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and other cross-functional teams to resolve quality-related issues and improve process stability.
- Participate in incoming material inspection, in-process quality control, and final product quality validation.
- Support internal and external audits, new product introduction (NPI), and production ramp-up activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in quality roles within battery manufacturing environments.
- Good knowledge of quality tools
- Familiarity with quality standards is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
