Job Title: Quality Inspector
Job Summary:
The Quality Inspector is responsible for checking parts and products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. The role includes inspecting materials during production and before final delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform line inspection and final inspection of parts
- Check products according to engineering drawings and specifications
- Use measuring instruments like Vernier caliper, micrometer, height gauge
- Identify and report defects or non-conforming parts
- Maintain inspection reports and quality documents
- Ensure proper identification and traceability of parts
- Follow company quality standards and procedures
Qualification:
- Diploma or B.E in Mechanical Engineering
Skills Required:
- Basic drawing reading knowledge
- Knowledge of measuring instruments
- Attention to detail
- Basic documentation skills
