Job details:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector to join our panel manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all control panels, relay panels, and electrical assemblies meet the required quality standards before dispatch and installation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality inspections of Control & Relay (C&R) Panels.
- Verify panel assembly, component mounting, wiring, ferruling, lugging, and termination quality.
- Review electrical drawings, BOMs, and wiring schematics to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Inspect incoming materials and components for quality and conformity.
- Identify defects, deviations, and non-conformities and coordinate corrective actions with production teams.
- Maintain quality records, inspection reports, and documentation.q
- Ensure adherence to company quality standards, customer specifications, and safety requirements.
Eligibility & Skills:
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering (EEE) or related field.
- Experience in electrical panel manufacturing, assembly, testing, or quality inspection.
- Knowledge of electrical components such as relays, breakers, contactors, meters, CTs, PTs, switches, terminals, and wiring accessories.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, GA drawings, and wiring diagrams.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Familiarity with quality control procedures and inspection methodologies.
