Role Description

We are seeking a full-time on-site Quality Head for our manufacturing facility in Bhopal. The Quality Head will be responsible for ensuring adherence to quality standards across manufacturing processes, leading continuous improvement initiatives, implementing quality management systems, and ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and ISO standards. Daily tasks include overseeing quality checks, collaborating with production and operations teams, addressing non-conformities, and providing leadership to foster a culture of quality excellence in all processes.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Production Planning and Operations Management
• Experience in implementing Operational Excellence and driving quality-focused Operations Management
• Knowledge and hands-on experience in Manufacturing and adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Proficiency in implementing and maintaining ISO standards and other quality management systems
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to address and resolve quality issues systematically
• Leadership abilities, with experience in managing and mentoring quality and operations teams
• Engineering background, preferably in Mechanical, Civil, or a related discipline
• Familiarity with regulatory standards and approvals in the infrastructure or construction sector is a plus
