Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad, for a Quality Head position. The Quality Head will oversee and manage all aspects of quality assurance, quality control, and compliance with regulatory standards. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining quality management systems, leading quality audits, ensuring product quality aligns with industry standards, identifying improvement opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive quality initiatives throughout the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
- Expertise in Quality Auditing and Quality Management activities
- Proficiency in applying Analytical Skills to identify and resolve quality-related issues
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements, certifications, and quality frameworks such as ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 13485:2003
- Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields
- Experience in the healthcare or medical device manufacturing industry is a strong advantage
