Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position for the role of Quality Head, based in the Pune District, India. The Quality Head will oversee all aspects of quality management, including implementing quality control procedures, conducting audits, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain and enhance product quality, collaborate with engineering and manufacturing departments, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to quality assurance protocols. The role requires proactive leadership to maintain excellence and exceed customer expectations.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance methodologies
- Proficient in Quality Auditing and Quality Management practices
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving and data-driven decision-making
- Proven experience in leading and managing quality initiatives across manufacturing processes
- In-depth knowledge of manufacturing and production standards for automotive components
- Familiarity with global quality standards and regulatory requirements
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering or a related field
- Previous experience in the automotive components or manufacturing industry is highly desirable
