Job Overview
QUALITY PLANT SUPERVISOR LEVEL 1-Direct report to Quality Shift Leader
Direct working with Program Team ( Engineering, Planning, Program Quality ... ) and Plant Quality Team.
Prepare of referential ( Job Element Sheet, ... ) for the new Vehicle in his domain
Drive lauch tools, best practices and training in his domain to bring the mass production Team at the level for the new vehicle management.
Experience : holding position in mass production for some time with recognized skills in his domain.
Supplier and internal quality animation
Monitor the quality performance (incidents, PPM-parts per million)
Check the robustness of Mid Term Action Plans given by the suppliers or internal process owners. Assess their achievement & efficiency.
Coordinate (with supply chain, purchasing) in Supplier Obeya the escalation actions to treat the disruptive suppliers.
Animate the skills of the team.
Ensure the right level of technical expertise and quality methodology of Hourly Inspection Team
evaluate the needs to increase the skills
Plan the training agenda
STAFF MEETING - daily and weekly team rituals - followup the KPIs, sorting activities and emerging issues.
