DuFlora is a fast growing seed company engaged in R&D, Processing and marketing of various field crops and vegetable seeds.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for Quality (Field & Plant) located in Medchal. The role involves overseeing quality control processes in both field and plant operations to ensure compliance with industry standards. Daily responsibilities include conducting quality auditing, implementing quality assurance protocols, and monitoring operations to maintain the highest standards of product quality. The role also requires clear communication with teams to address quality-related concerns and ensure efficient processes are in place.

Background in agriculture and proficiency in excel is a must.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Quality Control, Quality Auditing, and Quality Assurance processes
• Strong Analytical Skills to identify and solve problems effectively
• Effective Communication skills to facilitate clear interaction with teams and stakeholders
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage tasks in a field and plant setting
• Relevant educational background in agriculture, food science, or related fields is preferred
• Previous experience in quality management is a strong advantage
