Prasuma, one of India’s fastest-growing frozen food & deli meat brands, is expanding our plant team in *Sakinaka, Andheri .
*📍 Location:* Sakinaka, Andheri East, Mumbai | *On-site*
- 💰 CTC:* ₹3 – 4 LPA
- ⏳ Experience:* 6 months – 1 year
- 🏭 Industry: Food Processing – Mandatory* | Freshers from other sectors will not be considered
Job Title: Quality Executive (DC – Mumbai)
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities
Handle receiving of raw materials (meat, fish, packaging) and ensure quality checks
Maintain CCP records and verify billing vs received quantities
Monitor hygiene and cleanliness of chillers, freezers, and work areas
Supervise deboning activities and daily production operations
Ensure FIFO process and proper stock arrangement
Manage inventory (raw, finished goods, and dry items) in SAP & physically
Conduct stock audits, wastage tracking, and quality checks
Handle RTV verification, product disposal, and repacking of damaged items
Manage purchase orders, invoicing, billing, and documentation
Coordinate dispatch, route planning, and cold storage operations
Requirements
Experience in QA/QC, preferably in food/meat industry
Knowledge of inventory management & SAP
Understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
Good coordination and reporting skills
Work with premium food brands, learn global quality systems, and grow fast with a team that’s redefining how India eats.
