The Quality Executive is responsible for ensuring end-to-end quality assurance and food safety compliance across contract manufacturing units. The role involves monitoring production processes, conducting raw material and finished goods inspections, performing audits, and driving continuous improvement through effective corrective and preventive actions (๐๐๐ฃ๐) be the custodian for the Quality.

โ Perform routine operational quality checks at critical control points for the defined parameters and perform daily inspection of bread and other bakery products, including Organoleptic evaluation (taste, smell, texture, appearance) Physical and defined physico-chemical tests
โ Track and maintain First Time Right (๐๐ง๐ฅ) performance and ensure only QA-approved products are released for dispatch
โ Verify product compliance before dispatch by Conducting dispatch checks for Quality, Quantity, Documentation
โ Identify, segregate, and control non-conforming products during production and pre-dispatch stages
โ Ensure proper segregation of approved and rejected materials
โ Ensure consistency in product quality across batches
โ Identify deviations and ensure timely corrective actions
โ Escalate critical issues to management with proper documentation
โ Ensure adherence to production and dispatch timelines without compromising quality
โ Conduct internal audits at contract manufacturing units Ensure compliance with GMP, GHP.
โ Record and track Non-Conformances (๐ก๐๐) and Lead and coordinate Root Cause Analysis (๐ฅ๐๐)
โ Drive effective implementation and closure of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
โ Perform periodic inventory audits and assess stock conditions
โ Maintain audit records and support trend analysis
โ Identify gaps and ensure closure through structured action plans

โ Product quality and defect prevention, Process adherence and standardization, Audit compliance and closure effectiveness, Hygiene and food safety practices, Coordination with contract manufacturing units.
โ Taking the ownership of the Finished product and ensuring the product is dispatched timely from the manufacturing unit to the respective locations by adhering to the predefined timelines.

โข Bachelorโs degree in Food Technology/Food Science/ Microbiology or related field
โข 2โ4 years of experience in bakery or ๐๐ ๐๐ manufacturing
โข Strong knowledge of ๐๐ ๐ฃ, ๐๐๐ฃ, and food safety standards (๐๐ฆ๐ฆ๐๐, ๐๐๐๐๐ฃ)
โข Hands-on experience in ๐๐ฃ๐ค๐, audits, and CAPA management
โข Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
