Role Description
- Ensure compliance with NABH, and other regulatory standards.
- Conduct internal audits and coordinate for external quality audits.
- Develop, review, and update SOPs, policies, and quality documentation.
- Monitor clinical and non-clinical quality indicators and report deviations.
- Handle incident reporting, non-conformities, CAPA, and root cause analysis.
- Analyze patient feedback and complaints to drive quality improvement.
- Support patient safety initiatives and continuous quality improvement programs.
- Assist departments in documentation and SOP implementation.
- Train staff on quality standards, protocols, and best practices.
- Monitor staff performance to ensure adherence to quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
Work Experience: 1 to 5 Years
- Qualification : Master of Healthcare Administration
- Strong knowledge of hospital quality standards (NABH)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good documentation and auditing skills
- Strong communication and training abilities
- Attention to detail and process improvement mindset
