Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a Quality Engineer at Sipani Energy Ltd. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring product quality through quality assurance and quality control measures. Daily responsibilities will include overseeing quality management processes, analyzing product designs, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing quality standards to ensure optimal product performance. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain stringent quality checks and adhere to industry standards.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Quality Engineering and understanding of quality improvement methodologies
- Experience with Quality Control processes and techniques
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance practices, including testing and documentation
- Strong understanding of Product Quality standards and optimization
- Experience in implementing and managing Quality Management systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work onsite in Bengaluru and collaborate effectively within teams
- Engineering degree or equivalent qualification in a related field
