Project Role : Quality Engineering Lead
Project Role Description : Leads a team of quality engineers through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Applies business and functional knowledge to develop end-to-end testing strategies through the use of quality processes and methodologies. Applies testing methodologies, principles and processes to define and implement key metrics to manage and assess the testing process including test execution and defect resolution.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineering Lead, a typical day involves guiding a team of quality engineers by coordinating multi-disciplinary planning and integrating various ecosystem components to enhance delivery speed and maintain high standards of quality throughout the application lifecycle. The role requires overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive testing strategies that align with business and functional requirements. This position also involves monitoring and managing the testing process by defining and applying key performance metrics, ensuring effective test execution, and facilitating timely defect resolution to support continuous improvement and project success.

- Support junior professionals by providing guidance and facilitating knowledge sharing within the team.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Guidewire ClaimCenter QA.
- Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and testing lifecycle management.
- Experience in developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies.
- Ability to define and track key quality metrics to monitor testing progress and outcomes.
- Skilled in defect management and resolution processes to ensure product quality.
- Familiarity with ecosystem integration and multi-disciplinary team collaboration.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter QA.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
