Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Engineer at Sundaram Fasteners Limited, located in Basti. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and improving quality assurance and control processes, analyzing production operations, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing effective solutions. The individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are upheld and will communicate progress and challenges on quality metrics to key stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Quality Engineering and hands-on experience in Quality Assurance processes
- Proficiency in Quality Control methods and their applications
- Exceptional Analytical Skills to assess processes, identify risks, and provide innovative solutions
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and convey technical information
- Capability to manage time effectively and work in a dynamic, on-site environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a closely related field
- Experience in the manufacturing or automotive industry is a plus
