Project Role : Quality Engineer (Tester)
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and solves issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to troubleshoot and resolve software-related challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of essential applications. You will engage in problem-solving activities, analyze system performance, and contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and tools used in application support. Your role will be pivotal in maintaining the integrity and efficiency of business systems, allowing for seamless operations across the organization.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PySpark.
Test automation skills (at least for 50 of the candidates):
- TOSCA test automation knowledge and experience
- Ability to develop and maintain test cases in TOSCA
- Strong understanding of data processing frameworks and distributed computing.
- Experience with troubleshooting and debugging complex software issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
- Results driven
- Software testing methodologies
- Excellent manual testing skills
- Experience and knowledge of Agile and SAFe
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience with testing APIs using tools like Postman
- Experience with Azure Services
- Familiarity with cloud-based environments and application deployment.
- Knowledge of database management and data integration techniques.
- Good to have skills:
- Automotive domain knowledge in after sales process is an added advantage
- Experience in testing or working with Salesforce
- Experience in AI Projects testing the AI models like LLM, speech to text, NLP
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience
