Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Engineer to join our Solar EPC team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vishakhapatnam. The Quality Engineer will oversee quality assurance processes for solar projects to ensure compliance with internal standards and industry regulations. Key responsibilities include maintaining quality documentation, conducting quality checks during site execution, resolving non-conformance issues, and collaborating with teams to implement continuous improvements in project quality. The employee will coordinate with project stakeholders to ensure optimal project performance and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Quality Control and Quality Assurance practices for Solar EPC projects.
- Strong technical knowledge in solar energy systems and EPC project execution.
- Proficiency in interpreting engineering drawings, construction standards, and documentation standards.
- Problem-solving skills to address non-conformance and implement corrective actions effectively.
- Strong communication, team collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Working knowledge of QA/QC tools and industry-standard methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field).
- Previous experience of 3+ years in a Quality Engineer role within Solar EPC or renewable energy projects is highly preferred.
