Your Role And Responsibilities
As a Quality Engineer specializing in package solutions, you will design and execute testing for applications and systems implemented using ERP packages. This role requires a deep understanding of both the business domain and the related package solution, as well as core and technical testing skills. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Design Optimized Test Scenarios: Create test cases and identify test environment and test data requirements to ensure thorough testing of applications and systems.
- Plan and Execute Testing Activities: Estimate work efforts, plan testing activities, and execute test cases using automation and manual methods to deliver high-quality results.
- Analyze Test Outcomes: Report test status, address defects, and analyze test outcomes for continuous improvement to optimize testing processes.
- Understand Business Requirements: Develop a deep understanding of business requirements to design effective test scenarios and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Optimize Testing Processes: Apply strong analytical and cognitive abilities to optimize testing processes and deliver high-quality results.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise
- Package Solution Testing: Exposure to designing and executing testing for applications and systems implemented using ERP packages such as SAP, Oracle eBiz applications, or industry products like Oracle Flexcube, Finnacle, Guidewire, Smarter Commerce Suites.
- Core and Technical Testing: Experience working with core and technical testing skills, including creating test cases, identifying test environment and test data requirements, and executing test cases using automation and manual methods.
- Business Domain Understanding: Exposure to understanding business requirements and developing a deep understanding of the business domain to design effective test scenarios and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Test Planning and Execution: Experience working with planning testing activities, estimating work efforts, and executing test cases to deliver high-quality results.
- Test Analysis and Optimization: Exposure to analyzing test outcomes for continuous improvement and optimizing testing processes to deliver high-quality results.
Preferred Technical And Professional Experience
- Package Solution Knowledge: Exposure to industry products like Oracle Flexcube, Finnacle, Guidewire, Smarter Commerce Suites, in addition to ERP packages such as SAP, Oracle eBiz applications.
- Advanced Testing Methodologies: Experience working with automation and manual testing methods to deliver high-quality results.
- Business Domain Acumen: Exposure to multiple business domains to design effective test scenarios and ensure alignment with diverse business objectives.
