Manager : Exp 8-12 years
Prior hands-on experience validating software application is a must
End-to-end scenario validation (inbound/outbound flows, receipts, timeouts, second-round routing/rollover)
Negative and manual-intervention paths (approval/repair/reconciliation, compliance timeouts, accounting retries/compensations)
Performance/SLA testing for instant payments; multi-scheme regression coverage
Strong understanding of API testing tools with a strong preference for Cucumber
Experience using SOAP UI/SmartBear or Postman
Experience testing MQ (Message Queues)
Detail oriented with strong communication skill to work with BAs, architects and developers
Experience working with defect tracking tools with preference given to Jira

As part of the Software and Product Innovation team you will lead the design and execution of automated testing strategies that enhance product quality. As a Manager you will motivate and inspire your team, leveraging their strengths to deliver exceptional results while managing client accounts and securing project success.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
