Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quality Engineer role based in Aurangabad. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that manufacturing processes and products meet established quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include implementing quality assurance practices, conducting product inspections, overseeing quality control activities, identifying areas for process improvement, and collaborating with teams to resolve quality issues. The role will involve maintaining accurate documentation, ensuring compliance with industry regulations, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Solid knowledge and experience with Quality Engineering practices and principles
  • Proficiency in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness
  • Understanding of Product Quality management, with the ability to identify and address quality-related issues
  • Experience in Quality Management practices, including developing and implementing systems to monitor product quality
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with automotive manufacturing processes is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
  • Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards and certifications such as ISO/TS 16949 will be a plus
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
