Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Engineer with minimum 3 years of experience in residential or construction projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of quality standards, site execution, material inspection, and construction quality control processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and ensure quality standards at construction sites.
- Conduct inspections of civil works as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Check quality of materials used at site.
- Prepare and maintain quality reports, checklists, and inspection records.
- Coordinate with site engineers, contractors, and project teams for quality compliance.
- Identify quality issues and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Ensure work execution is as per project standards and safety guidelines.
- Carry out finishing quality inspections and snag rectifications.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of construction quality procedures and standards.
- Understanding of residential construction activities and finishing works.
- Ability to read drawings and technical specifications.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of quality documentation and reporting.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting tools.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in residential or construction projects.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Ability to work independently and manage site quality activities efficiently.
