Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Engineer, based in Patna. The Quality Engineer will oversee quality assurance activities, implement quality control processes, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. The role includes monitoring product quality, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high-quality construction standards. The Quality Engineer will also maintain accurate documentation and play a key role in achieving organizational quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 5–8 years in high-rise residential projects
- Mandatory Experience: Mivan / Aluminium Formwork construction
- Strong knowledge of QA/QC processes, IS standards, and construction practices
- Hands-on experience in finishing quality for luxury projects preferred
