Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Quality Engineer with strong experience in commercial and hospital building projects. The candidate should have hands-on expertise in quality inspection, ITP preparation & implementation, and finishing works inspection.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and implement ITP (Inspection & Test Plan) activities.
- Conduct quality inspections for civil finishing works and interior activities.
- Ensure site execution complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with consultants, clients, and site execution teams for inspections and approvals.
- Monitor QA/QC documentation, checklists, NCRs, and quality reports.
- Perform material inspections and maintain quality records.
- Ensure proper implementation of quality procedures at site.
- Handle inspections related to commercial and hospital building finishing works.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge in QA/QC procedures for building construction.
- Experience in ITP preparation and inspection processes.
- Good understanding of finishing activities such as plastering, flooring, painting, waterproofing, false ceiling, etc.
- Familiarity with quality documentation and reporting.
- Ability to coordinate with project teams and consultants effectively.
Preferred Qualification
- BE / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Experience in commercial or healthcare/hospital projects is mandatory.
