Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Quality Engineer at our Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad location. The Quality Engineer will oversee quality control processes, ensure compliance with company quality standards, and implement quality management policies. Daily responsibilities include performing product inspections, conducting root cause analysis for quality issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve product standards. The role is crucial in maintaining product excellence for critical manufacturing processes, especially in industries like aerospace and defense.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Engineering and Quality Management practices
- Knowledge and experience in Quality Control and Quality Assurance processes
- Expertise in ensuring Product Quality through the application of industry best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills related to quality management
- Familiarity with automation in manufacturing and Industry 4.0 processes is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Proven experience working within aerospace, defense, or precision manufacturing industries is a plus
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
