🔧 We’re Hiring: Quality Engineer – Supplier & Incoming Quality (PDI) based in India to remotely support our European Production.

Join us and play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest standards.
🚀 What You’ll Do
✔️ Coordinate and support incoming inspections (PDI), including external partners
✔️ Ensure products meet quality standards and technical requirements
✔️ Work closely with suppliers to monitor processes and resolve issues
✔️ Verify corrective actions and prevent recurring quality problems
✔️ Track and manage quality issues from detection to closure
✔️ Support root cause analysis (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys)
✔️ Provide insights on trends, risks, and supplier performance
🎯 What We’re Looking For
🔹 Experience in quality engineering, supplier quality, or manufacturing
🔹 Knowledge of incoming inspection (PDI) and quality standards
🔹 Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
🔹 Hands-on mindset with willingness to visit suppliers
🔹 Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
