Hiring for Engineer – Quality
Location: CV Plant, Lucknow
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Engineer to ensure product quality through inspections, process control, and continuous improvement initiatives in the manufacturing process.

Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma (Mechanical / Electrical)
Industry: Automobile
CTC: Up to 6 LPA
Key Responsibilities
∙Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections to ensure product quality standards
∙Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions
∙Inspect incoming raw materials and supplier parts to ensure compliance with specifications
∙Support internal and external/customer audits and ensure audit readiness
∙Prepare, maintain, and update quality documentation and records
∙Drive continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizen to enhance process efficiency
∙Monitor PPM levels and analyze rejection trends to reduce defects
∙Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution with corrective actions
∙Ensure compliance with quality standards such as IATF
Key Skills Required
∙Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
∙Knowledge of quality tools and techniques (7 QC tools, RCA, etc.)
∙Understanding of automotive quality standards (IATF preferred)
∙Basic computer proficiency (MS Office)
Candidate Profile
∙Experience in quality function within automobile/manufacturing industry preferred
∙Strong attention to detail and quality-focused mindset
∙Ability to work with cross-functional teams and handle audits
