Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Engineer based in Vishakhapatnam. The Quality Engineer will oversee product quality assurance, manage quality control processes, implement quality management systems, and ensure adherence to engineering and production quality standards. The role requires monitoring processes, identifying improvement areas, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet and exceed quality benchmarks.
Qualifications
- Experience in Quality Engineering, Quality Assurance, and Quality Control processes
- Proficiency in managing Product Quality and implementing Quality Management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills within a quality-focused framework
- Proven ability to work effectively in teams and independently on process improvement projects
- Diploma / ITI Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements
- Experience in solar sectors is an added advantage
- Experience Required: 3-5 years of relevant experience
