Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Engineer role based in Lucknow. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for monitoring product quality across the production process, performing inspections, and documenting test results. The role involves implementing and maintaining quality standards, identifying root causes of defects, and coordinating corrective and preventive actions with cross-functional teams. The Quality Engineer will also review technical specifications, develop quality plans, support audits, and ensure compliance with company and industry quality requirements. Collaboration with production, procurement, and management teams to drive continuous improvement in processes and products is a key part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Engineering and Product Quality to design, implement, and improve quality processes and ensure products meet required standards.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Control to perform inspections, testing, and measurement activities throughout the production lifecycle.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Assurance to develop and maintain procedures, documentation, and systems that support consistent product and process quality.
- Candidates should possess skills in Quality Management to support planning, monitoring, and continuous improvement of overall quality performance.
- Relevant experience in manufacturing, engineering, or industrial operations, preferably in a quality-focused role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and communicate clearly in verbal and written formats.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field is preferred.
