Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Quality Engineer position located in Kanganwal. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet quality standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting inspections, identifying and resolving quality issues, implementing quality control measures, maintaining documentation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance overall product quality. The role also involves continual improvement initiatives and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in quality control processes, testing, and inspection methodologies
• Experience with quality management systems, documentation, and compliance standards
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills for identifying and addressing quality issues
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, particularly in metal fabrication or related fields, is desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field
• Additional certifications in quality assurance or Six Sigma methodologies are considered a plus
