Role Description The Quality Engineer role at Maxima FRP Product is a full-time position based in Vapi, Gujarat. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing quality plans, performing inspections and tests on raw materials and finished products, analyzing data to identify trends or recurring issues, and supporting corrective and preventive actions. The role involves close collaboration with production, design, and installation teams to optimize processes, maintain documentation, and drive continuous improvement in product quality an
d safety.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Quality Engineering and Quality Management to design, implement, and maintain effective quality systems.
- Hands-on experience in Quality Control for inspections, testing, and measurement of materials and finished products.
- Competence in Quality Assurance for process validation, documentation, audits, and compliance with industry standards.
- Ability to monitor and improve Product Quality through data analysis, root cause investigation, and corrective actions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Familiarity with FRP, PP, HDPE materials and industrial fabrications processes is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of relevant quality tools and methodologies (ISO standards, SPC, FMEA, CAPA).
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively in a shopfloor work environment.
