Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Engineer located in Faridabad. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for overseeing product quality, implementing quality assurance and control measures, and ensuring adherence to quality standards. The role also involves analyzing production processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to enhance quality management systems. Candidates will play a key role in maintaining quality standards to meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Engineering principles and practices
- Experience in Quality Control and implementing quality measures
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance processes and practices
- Understanding of Product Quality and driving product improvement initiatives
- Familiarity with Quality Management systems and processes
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field
- Experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus
