Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Engineer located in Coimbatore. The Quality Engineer will oversee quality control processes, monitor product quality, and ensure adherence to established quality assurance standards. Responsibilities include identifying and resolving quality issues, developing and implementing quality management processes, and collaborating with production teams to improve overall product quality and efficiency. The role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards across the manufacturing process.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2yrs experience In Automotive or General engineering.
- Expertise in Quality Engineering and Quality Control practices to ensure product precision and compliance with technical specifications.
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance and Product Quality techniques to uphold and improve product standards.
- Experience in Quality Management and continuous improvement strategies to streamline processes and enhance overall efficiency.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Familiarity with manufacturing processes, tools, and machinery used in precision component production.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and ensure quality objectives are met.
- Engineering degree or a relevant technical qualification preferred.
- Prior experience in a similar role within a manufacturing or engineering environment is advantageous.
