Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Quality Engineer role based in Bhubaneswar. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for ensuring the quality of Geosynthetic products and processes by implementing quality assurance protocols and conducting quality control analysis. The role involves monitoring product quality, resolving quality-related issues, and contributing to the development of quality management systems and standards within the organization. You will work closely with production and engineering teams to maintain high-quality standards in all aspects of construction and material application.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Quality Engineering and hands-on experience with Quality Control processes
- Strong understanding of Quality Assurance systems and principles
- Experience in managing Product Quality and ensuring compliance with industry standards
- Knowledge of Quality Management systems, including documentation and implementation
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a team environment
- Familiarity with Geosynthetic products or civil engineering materials preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil or related field) or equivalent qualification
- Certification in Quality Assurance or Quality Management Systems is an added advantage
