Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Nashik for a Quality Engineer. The Quality Engineer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining quality control processes, overseeing quality assurance protocols, ensuring product quality aligns with specifications, and managing quality management systems. Additional responsibilities include analyzing manufacturing processes, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with technical staff to enhance performance and ensure compliance with industry standards.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Quality Engineering and Quality Control processes
- Proficiency in Quality Assurance techniques and Product Quality evaluation
- Experience with Quality Management systems and standards
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and contribute to process improvements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
- Familiarity with CNC machining processes and manufacturing equipment
- Knowledge of industry-specific quality standards is an advantage
