Job description : Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for conducting routine test as per IS 694, IS 6722, IS 1293, UL, etc. and preparing test reports accordingly.
• Support audit with test reports and golden samples.
• Record and analyze test data
• Maintain the reliability test reports as per reliability test plan.
• Submission of kaizen on monthly basis.
• Responsible for maintaining 5S in Lab area.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives
• Review and approve inspection and test result along with submission of test reports to customer lot wise.
• Supervise inspectors and lab technicians
• Analyze quality KPIs:
- Rejection rate
- Customer returns
- Process deviations
Customer complaints
• Handling of customer complaints with preparation and submission of CAPA to customer.
• Ensuring adherence of actions taken against CAPA.
• Verification of datasheet and job cards / travelers on regular basis.
• Conducting feasibility study and documentation of new enquires received from customers.
• Conducting random internal audits of the sub-ordinates and submitting it to quality head.
• Submission of kaizen on monthly basis.
• Impart training to all the sub-ordinates as per requirement of the customer or process.
• Responsible for adherence of CSR (Customer specific requirement).
• Approve material before dispatch to customer.
