Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Quality Engineer role based in Bavla. The Quality Engineer will oversee quality processes across production lines, ensuring products meet internal standards and customer specifications. Daily responsibilities include developing and implementing quality plans, conducting inspections and tests, analyzing defects, and collaborating with production and design teams to resolve issues. The role involves maintaining documentation for quality procedures, supporting audits, and recommending process improvements to enhance product reliability and compliance. The Quality Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, helping optimize workflows, reduce rework, and strengthen quality culture across the organization.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Quality Engineering and Product Quality, with the ability to apply engineering principles to real-world manufacturing challenges.
- Hands-on experience in Quality Control, including inspection methods, measurement techniques, and defect analysis.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance practices, including process validation, documentation, and compliance with relevant standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and engineering documentation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a structured approach to issue resolution.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with production, design, and management teams on-site.
- Experience in heavy fabrication, PEB or related industry is an added advantage.
