Within the NETVIBES / EXALEAD brand, which for several years has been developing some of the most advanced and efficient search engine technologies on the market, you join the QA department, responsible for the qualification of software and Cloud web applications that are developed. What will your job be?
As a QA Engineer, your missions will be:
- Define scenarios and their associated indicators. You will write, replay and capitalize on these scenarios.
- Develop automatic tests to ensure the excellence of our products.
- Report incidents to the teams concerned.
- From the design phase, your role is key in the perception of our products by our customers.
- Advocate and carry out continuous integration and robustness tests and apply good technical practices such as continuous integration, test automation and observability.
- Use test driven strategies to ensure code quality, and collaborate with the team to ensure feature quality.
- Leverage methodologies to anticipate and mitigate risks, ensure team health and manage complex tasks.
- Provide technical guidance and knowledge sharing thus encouraging professional growth.
The Challenges ahead
- Be a vital part of the engineering team, to deliver mission critical software. You will work in a highly collaborative environment with Product Management, Developers and be a hands-on tester.
- Be self-motivated and eager to engage in high impact, challenging engineering problems while continuously raising the standard of quality in our products and services in a full solutions-oriented SaaS environment.
- Knowledge of industry standard test automation tools and experience developing product test harnesses.
Your key success factors
- Engineering with 60% through out in all academics with 0-30 Days’ notice period
- You ideally justify a first experience in Java object-oriented development skills.
- 2+ years’ of Experience with testing tools such as Selenium Web driver and skills in Core Java, JavaScript, Software quality, Scripting (Shell, Bash, Python)
- You have a pronounced taste for software quality and the proper functioning of applications with advanced skills in Test Design and Coverage.
- Experience working with CI/CD tools Jenkins, SVN, Git Lab.
- Good to have experience with API, UI, Database Test automation.
- Your curiosity, your rigor, your pro-activity as well as your interpersonal skills will be essential to succeed in this position.
- You are fluent in written and spoken English.
