Key Responsibilities:
✅ Understand project requirements by meeting with system users
✅ Collaborate with developers and project support teams
✅ Analyze and identify business and functional requirements
✅ Plan and manage testing processes for new and existing projects
✅ Perform stress, performance, and functional testing
✅ Write and execute both manual and automated test scripts
✅ Test across multiple environments – web and mobile
✅ Identify, log, and report bugs with clarity and precision
✅ Review project and product documentation for accuracy
✅ Ensure timely delivery while maintaining QA best practices
✅ Provide constructive feedback to development teams
✅ Travel to project sites when necessary
Skills & Knowledge Required:
✔ Proficiency in Java
✔ Strong hands-on knowledge of SQL
✔ Excellent communication skills – verbal and written
✔ Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
✔ Attention to detail and accuracy
✔ Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
✔ Capable of working independently and as part of a team
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills
