Quality Engineer
Responsibilities:
- Monitor KPIs and ensure target achievement.
- Inspect incoming materials, shop floor activities, and prepare reports.
- Develop ITPs, QAPs, and quality documentation.
- Conduct WPS, PQR, WPQ, and welder qualifications.
- Coordinate with customers/TPIs for inspections and approvals.
- Implement improvements, resolve NCRs, and maintain IMS documentation.
- Conduct RT activities, tests (hydrostatic, pneumatic), and final inspections.
Profile:
- Education: Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 4–5 years in pressure vessels; NDT Level II certified.
Skills: Proficient in ASME/API standards and MS Office.
