Quality Engineer / Quality Executive
Arcellor Controls India (ARC-LOK)
Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat (On-site)
Job Type: Full-time
Experience: 3 – 7 Years
Salary: ₹25,00 – ₹35,000 per month (Based on experience & interview performance)
Key Responsibilities
- Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of valves, fittings, and machined components.
- Ensure products meet customer specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
- Handle inspection reports, test certificates, and quality documentation.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, Thread Gauges, and Pressure Testing Equipment.
- Coordinate with Production to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Support customer inspections and maintain quality records.
Requirements
- Diploma/B.E. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control in an engineering or manufacturing company.
- Candidates with experience in Valves, Pipe Fittings, Instrumentation, Precision Machining, or Hydraulic/Pneumatic Products will be given preference.
- Good knowledge of engineering drawings, GD&T, and measuring instruments.
- Knowledge of inspection reports, material test certificates (MTC), and quality documentation.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
