Project Role : Quality Engineer
Project Role Description : Enables full stack solutions through multi-disciplinary team planning and ecosystem integration to accelerate delivery and drive quality across the application lifecycle. Performs continuous testing for security, API, and regression suite. Creates automation strategy, automated scripts and supports data and environment configuration. Participates in code reviews, monitors, and reports defects to support continuous improvement activities for the end-to-end testing process.

Summary:
As a Quality Engineer, a typical day involves collaborating with a diverse team to design and implement comprehensive testing strategies that ensure the seamless integration of various components within the application ecosystem. The role focuses on accelerating delivery timelines while maintaining high standards of quality throughout the software development lifecycle. Daily activities include continuous testing efforts covering security, application programming interfaces, and regression suites, alongside developing and maintaining automated testing scripts. The position also involves supporting data and environment configurations, actively participating in code reviews, and tracking defects to foster ongoing enhancements in testing processes and overall product quality.

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of testing activities with project goals and timelines.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to testing procedures and outcomes.
- Assist in mentoring junior team members to support their professional growth and integration into project workflows.
- Continuously evaluate and improve testing methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Testing, Functional Test Planning, Salesforce CG Cloud Trade Promotion Management Functional.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Salesforce CG Cloud Retail Execution Functional.
- Strong knowledge of automated testing frameworks and scripting languages relevant to Salesforce environments.
- Experience in designing and executing test cases for security, API, and regression testing.
- Ability to configure and manage test data and environments to support various testing scenarios.
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools and processes to ensure timely resolution and reporting.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Salesforce Testing.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
