Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Coordinator based in Kozhikode. The Quality Coordinator will oversee quality control processes, conduct quality audits, and manage quality-related activities to ensure compliance with established standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration / Nursing / Hospital Management / Quality Management or related field
Job Responsibilities
* Coordinate and support all activities related to JCI accreditation standards and compliance.
* Assist in implementing and monitoring quality improvement initiatives across departments.
* Ensure hospital policies, procedures, and protocols are aligned with JCI standards.
* Conduct internal audits, inspections, and gap assessments to identify areas for improvement.
* Maintain documentation related to quality assurance, patient safety, and accreditation requirements.
* Coordinate with department heads for compliance tracking and corrective action plans.
* Monitor quality indicators and prepare reports for management review.
* Support training and awareness programs on JCI standards, patient safety, and quality practices.
* Ensure proper incident reporting, root cause analysis, and follow-up actions are completed.
* Assist in preparation for accreditation surveys and mock audits.
* Track non-conformities and ensure timely closure of corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
* Promote continuous quality improvement and patient-centered care practices within the organization.
* Maintain confidentiality of patient and organizational information.
* Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and quality standards.
