Hiring: Quality Coordinator (Furniture & Home)
📍 Location: Moradabad | 🕒 Full-Time
We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Coordinator to manage and strengthen our quality assurance and production coordination processes in the furniture & home category.
If you have strong experience in quality control, inspections, and vendor coordination, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities ;
• Ensure all materials, components, and finished products meet buyer and regulatory quality standards
• Conduct inline, midline, and final inspections (AQL standards)
• Evaluate samples for consistency, finish, and craftsmanship before approvals
• Identify and resolve production and quality issues with vendors and internal teams
• Monitor vendor performance and support continuous improvement
• Maintain quality reports, inspection records, and audit documentation
• Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Operations, Production) for smooth execution of orders
• Ensure timely communication with vendors to maintain production timelines and quality benchmarks
Requirements :
- 5–7 years of experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance (Furniture/Home)
- Strong understanding of materials, production processes, and inspection standards
- Experience in vendor coordination and production follow-ups
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and documentation
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Good communication skills (spoken & written English)
